Harborworks Tycoon scratches the management itch. You run a shipping port, route cargo, hire crews and expand your docks while trying not to let ships pile up waiting. It starts simple and quietly becomes a full logistics puzzle.
The satisfying part is optimisation. Once you have a few berths and a rail line, small tweaks to your routing can double throughput, and watching a well-tuned port hum along is oddly relaxing. Bad planning, on the other hand, creates jams that cascade for hours.
It is not the flashiest sim, and the tutorial could explain more. But if you enjoy tinkering with systems until they run perfectly, this one has plenty to chew on.
